It's been far too long...

The second half of this year will focus on the buildup to next year's New York Comic-Con. SoulExodus volumes 1 and 2 will of course be on sale there, but additionally, I'll be selling con-exclusive copies of the webcomic compilation book, tenatively titled Live to Make Tomorrow. Several of the web comics featured on this website will be collected in the book, along with some exclusive artwork, and the previously unreleased and unfortunately much delayed She and I, starring Mike and Yana.

Meanwhile, the comic without which this website wouldn't exist will continue...there will be another regular feature on the production of SoulExo volume 3 when it begins (most likely sometime this fall), for release in 2010. I've rested up till this point, but very soon it'll be time to get back to work.

Don't be a stranger...

The Days After...

What a weekend...Epic Team Productions made it's New York Comic-Con exhibitor debut, with as much original artwork as one can possibly cram into a prison-cell sized space. Perhaps even more significantly is that fifteen months after it's production had begun (only one and a half months before last year's New York Comic-Con), SoulExodus volume 2 also made it's debut. There were some good times, some great times, perhaps some exhausting times, but the important thing is that the word of Soulexo has been pushed that much farther, and with two complete graphic novels under our belt, the future is looking brighter than ever.

Left: The Soulexo booth, complete with banner on 10 foot poles (used by us and everyone around us to find our aisle from either end of the convention center), and for the first time ever anywhere, Mathilda Tanner's original cover artwork for SoulExodus #3, Right: SoulExodus's Table, featuring both volumes 1 and 2 on sale, accompanied by original artwork by myself and Ms. Tanner.

And, of course...
